Lewis Yocum, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, performed elbow surgery on Blue Jays pitcher Ricky Romero, according to a Rant Sports report. Dr. Yocum performed the surgery to remove scar tissue and other debris.
