Neal ElAttrache, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, performed elbow surgery on LA Dodgers reliever Todd Coffey, according to an MLB report. The procedure was performed to correct a partial tear of the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow. Mr. Coffey is expected to miss the rest of the season due to the procedure.
