The NFL Team Physicians Society has penned a new policy for team physicians, according to a 1500ESPN report. Under the new policy, a maximum four medical staff members may have a sideline photo credential and team physicians are prohibited from wearing team apparel during games. This policy is intended to help security personnel distinguish team physicians from coaches and improve the physicians' access to and visibility of team members during play.
