SI-BONE, a spine device company in San Jose, Calif., named W. Carlton Reckling, MD, an orthopedic spine surgeon, as vice president of medical affairs.  

Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, Va., announced the appointment of Jeffrey Carlson, MD, an orthopedic spine surgeon, as chief of the surgical department.
