James Andrews, MD, has performed shoulder surgery on New York Yankees reliever Pedro Feliciano, according to a report from The Star-Ledger.
Mr. Feliciano sustained the injury during spring training and has spent the season trying to rehab his shoulder. He opted for surgery late in the season, which will likely keep him out of play for the bulk of next season, according to the report.
