A team of orthopedic surgeons has joined the multispecialty St. Vincent Medical Group in Indiana and will provide care at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington, St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford and St. Vincent Jennings Hospital in North Vernon, according to a Greene County Daily World report. St. Vincent Orthopedics and Sports Medicine includes three physicians: Michael Ferrell, MD, John Hammerstein, MD, and Brian Murphy, MD. The surgeons have fellowships in sports medicine, spine surgery and joint replacement, respectively. The integration expands the physicians' reach into new geographic territories.
