David Altchek, MD, New York Mets team physician, has confirmed the original diagnosis for Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay's shoulder injury, according to a local CBS report.
Mr. Halladay was originally diagnosed with a right lat strain. Dr. Altchek's second opinion means Mr. Halladay will continue to rest for three weeks, at which time he will undergo another evaluation for future course of action.
