John Uribe, MD, an orthopedic surgeon based in Miami, has performed knee surgery on Florida Panthers goalie Jacob Markstrom, according to a report from the Miami Herald.
Dr. Uribe performed knee surgery to repair a minor injury Mr. Markstrom sustained during practice last week. This is Mr. Markstrom's second knee injury in as many years, and last year the injury was season-ending.
