The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, has appointed Lawrence Lenke, MD, as chief of spinal surgery, according to a Washington University news release.
Dr. Lenke earned his medical degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery and a fellowship in pediatric and adult spinal surgery at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Lenke operates regularly at St. Louis Shriners Hospital, St. Louis Children's Hospital and Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
