A second Massachusetts compounding pharmacy, Ameridose, has recalled products in the wake of a meningitis outbreak linked to the New England Compounding Center pharmacy, according to a WebMD report. No cases of meningitis have been linked to Ameridose and an FDA investigation of the company hasn't found evidence to suggest contamination. However, the FDA did ask Ameridose to improve its sterility process, and the company will post recalled products on its website.
