ArthroCare, a minimally invasive surgical device company, has received FDA clearance for the SpeedLock Knotless Fixation Device, according to a company news release.
SpeedLock is a push-in implant made of PEEK polymer and is designed to provide surgeons with independent bone lock, suture tensioning and suture lock. The device is indicated for use during soft tissue fixation to bone, primarily during labral repair.
