Stryker Joint Preservation, a business unit of Stryker Orthopaedics, has entered into an exclusive partnership with RegenLab to distribute Stryker's RegenKit-THT for the preparation of autologous platelet-rich plasma, according to a Stryker news release.
The A-PRP contains an increased concentration of platelets while maintaining physiological levels of leukocytes. The system provides the highest platelet recovery and viability possible and is designed for simplified single tube preparation.
The system has a minimal eight minute centrifuge spin time and a reduced number of preparation steps to maximize office and OR efficiency.
