VertiFlex Completes Superion Interspinous Trial Enrollment

VertiFlex, a San Clemente, Calif.-based spine device company, has completed enrollment for its IDE clinical trail for the Superion Interspinous Spacer, according to a company news release. The study was a multi-center, controlled trial examining the safety and efficacy of the Superion ISS compared to the X-Stop IPD. The system is designed to perform a minimally invasive surgical technique.
