Royal DSM, a global life sciences and materials sciences company, has acquired biomedical company Kensey Nash for $360 million. The Kensey Nash board of directors unanimously recommended the offer for DSM to acquire all outstanding shares of the company. The agreed price represents a premium of 33 percent to Kensey Nash's closing share price yesterday.
