Dr. Jeffrey Mjaanes Serves as Team Physician for US Women's Soccer

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush sports medicine physician Jeffrey Mjaanes, MD, is working this week in Arizona as the team physician for the US Women's Soccer Team in their match against Sweden, according to a recent MOR news release.
Although Dr. Mjaanes has worked with the US Soccer Federation for six years, this is his first trip as a team physician for the full US Women's National Team. Dr. Mjaanes is working together with massage and physical therapists, athletic trainers and equipment managers in order to prepare the team for the London 2012 Summer Games.
