The Atlanta Falcons have named Spero Karas, MD, as head team physician for this season, according to a Forsyth Herald report.
Dr. Karas is an orthopedic surgeon at the Emory Sports Medicine Center in Atlanta. He will oversee orthopedic and medical care for the Falcons coaches and athletes alongside Jeffrey Webb, MD, a sports medicine primary care specialist at Emory.
