The minor surgery was performed earlier this week and Mr. Kulikov will spend six to eight weeks out of play. He is expected to fully recover from the procedure.

John Uribe, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables, Fla., recently performed knee surgery on Florida Panthers defenseman Dmitry Kulikov, according to a Sun Sentinel news report.
